BIKE TO WORK DAY

It's National Bike to Work Day! Join fellow community members in Boise on Friday, May 15th, to celebrate bicycling to work and everywhere! Several organizations and businesses will be hosting morning stations, afternoon celebrations and offering great discounts during the day to thank people for choosing to bicycle! Come join the fun!

BIKE TO WORK DAY ACTIVITIES

Morning Stations

7 - 9 a.m.

Begin your morning by biking to one or all of the morning stations located around Boise hosted by local organizations! Fuel up on coffee, snacks, and community fun!

Afternoon Celebrations

4 - 7 p.m.

The celebration keeps going! Join City Cycling Guide and partners to celebrate Bike to (from) Work Day in the afternoon. Ride your bike and get discounts and other fun giveaways.

Local Business Perks

Varies

Local businesses around town want to show their support for bicycling! Stop in for discounts at participating businesses and just let them know you rode your bike!

BIKE TO WORK DAY MAP

Swing on by one of the many Bike to Work Day stations on Friday, May 15, from 7 - 9 a.m. for breakfast snacks, coffee, giveaways and more! And what's more, join us and partners for afternoon "Bike from Work Day" celebrations at Boise Brewing and Lost Grove Brewing (Lusk). Stay tuned for more details.

MORNING COMMUTE STATIONS

Esther Simplot Park

Celebrate National Bike to Work Day with ACHD at Esther Simplot Park! Stop by for coffee, breakfast treats, and some awesome swag to fuel your ride! Pedal by, say hello, and kick off your commute with extra fun.

City Hall

From 7 - 9 a.m., the City of Boise will be celebrating people on bikes at City Hall Plaza. Roll by for coffee, breakfast snacks and to learn about all the great things happening in Boise to support bicycling.

Dawson Taylor Roast

Celebrate National Bike to Work Day with Boise Bicycle Project while scoring free coffee & pastries - courtesy of Dawson Taylor and Gaston’s Bakery! Stop by Dawson Taylor ROAST on your way to work, say hi, and visit with fellow bike commuters.

Cherie Buckner-Webb Park

Join Valley Regional Transit, CCDC, and City Cycling Guide to celebrate Bike to Work Day, from 7-9 am at Cherie Buckner-Webb Park! Coffee from Broadcast Coffee, breakfast snacks, giveaways & more!

BSU (Friendship Bridge)

The Cycle Learning Center will host a breakfast and bike repair station from 7-9 a.m. on May 15 at the south side of the Friendship Bridge on the Greenbelt for Bike to Work Day. Bagels and spreads, coffee and tune-ups!

Boise Co-op Market

Stop by the Boise Co-op Market in the North End between 7 and 9 a.m. for coffee and cookies for commuting by bike!
People on bikes can join the free raffle for a chance to win a $200 Boise Co-op gift card!

AFTERNOON CELEBRATIONS

Join City Cycling Guide from 4 - 7 pm. at Boise Brewing for a Bike from Work celebration featuring music and perks for bicyclists! Ride your bike and get $1.50 off beers and $1.50 off appetizers!
