Boise has a numerous bike shops with plenty of options for renting bikes or purchasing new or used bikes. Boise also has a bike share program that's super handy if you're looking for quick trips around town! Our partner bike shop is George's Cycles located in the heart of downtown Boise (with another location on State Street). George's Cycles has a variety of bike rentals available including e-bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes and kids bikes / trailers.
BOISE BICYCLE PROJECT
Boise Bicycle Project (BBP) is a non-profit organization focused on promoting cycling as a sustainable and inclusive form of transportation. Through their Bike Co-op services, BBP offers a community-driven space where individuals can learn to repair and maintain their bikes with the support of skilled volunteers. The Co-op provides access to tools, guidance, and affordable parts, fostering a hands-on, collaborative environment. BBP also provides a great inventory of used bikes for sale.
